Base Salary
$100k - $150k/yr
Responsibilities
- Lead development, sustainment, or subject-matter-expert activities for program and project operations.
- Analyze functional business applications and design specifications for finance, accounting, personnel, manpower, logistics, and contract areas.
- Develop block diagrams and logic flowcharts and translate detailed designs into software.
- Design, code, test, debug, refine, and enhance software to improve operating efficiency.
- Prepare program-level and user-level documentation.
- Provide technical direction to programmers as needed to meet deadlines.
- Develop or modify procedures to solve complex problems while considering equipment capacity, operating time, and desired results.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in an information technology-related field and 10 years of relevant experience.
- Expert knowledge of sustainment lifecycle management activities for programs and project operations.
- Experience with APIs supporting low-code/no-code development platforms and BPMN tools.
- Experience developing application and process automation software based on BPMN models.
- Experience with agile and hybrid low-code application development.
- Experience programming applications on large-scale DBMS environments and developing complex software.
- Experience with Oracle, Appian Platform, and data modeling.
- Relevant certification from a nationally recognized technical authority, including IAT Level II certification.
- Demonstrated experience supporting federal government agencies, customers, or contracts, including IC, DoD, federal civilian, or military organizations.
- Secret clearance, IT-II/Tier 3, and U.S. citizenship are required.
- Prior experience supporting the same or a similar contract is highly desirable.
Benefits
- Remote work with periodic support at Fort Belvoir or other National Capital Region locations.
- Day-shift schedule, Monday through Friday, with occasional evenings or weekends as needed.
- Less than 10% travel.

- Position supports an upcoming government contract proposal and is contingent upon contract award and government approval; a Letter of Commitment may be required.
