Responsibilities
- Complete the three-year Graduate Development Programme and its structured learning pathways.
- Design and develop engineering solutions for new and existing customer programmes with support from other engineers.
- Participate in discipline-specific learning, core training and development activities.
- Work on engineering products while building relevant skills, competencies and an internal professional network.
- Potentially rotate across business units in Year 3 or undertake an external secondment with a Thales partner.
- Complete the recruitment process, including online tests, video interview and virtual assessment centre if shortlisted.
Requirements
- Be at the start of a professional career with limited relevant professional experience.
- Have completed or be on track to achieve a bachelor’s degree in a STEM subject such as Software Engineering, Electronics and Software, Embedded Systems, Robotics, Mechatronics, Electrical and Electronic Engineering or Computer Science, or a related subject.
- Have permanent right to work in the UK.
- Successfully complete and maintain BPSS screening and UK Government Security Clearance (SC) before starting employment.
- Typically have lived continuously in the UK for the last five years to be eligible for SC clearance.
- Provide evidence of identity, right to work, overseas residence, and employment or education history during vetting.
