Responsibilities
- Participate in all aspects of product strategy, from design to delivery.
- Build and maintain back-end infrastructure for various applications.
- Solve algorithmic and optimization challenges in a collaborative environment.
- Lead engineering teams focused on large-scale distributed systems.
- Mentor team members and contribute to their professional growth.
Requirements
- 2 to 5 years of hands-on software engineering experience.
- Strong communication skills for cross-functional collaboration.
- Passion for improving efficiency in workflows.
- Experience with large-scale data pipelines and machine learning models is a plus.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in computer science or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- Ability to understand the 'why' behind tasks and drive projects from inception to completion.
- Familiarity with engineering fundamentals and developing web services.
