Base Salary
$170k - $240k/yr
Responsibilities
- Build testing infrastructure and tooling, including AI test generation and performance frameworks.
- Enable testability of systems and services.
- Utilize modern tools and languages such as K6, Rust, and Go.
- Refine best practices for high-quality systems and services.
- Participate in test planning and quality strategy reviews.
- Collaborate with peers and stakeholders through design and code reviews.
Requirements
- Strong Computer Science fundamentals.
- 5+ years of industry experience in high-quality testing software.
- Strong understanding of Testing and Quality Engineering principles.
- Ability to drive a Quality Culture and enable others.
- Desire to be a great teammate and enjoy work.
- Strong sense of craftsmanship and academic curiosity.
