Base Salary
$320k - $360k/yr
Responsibilities
- Build, scale, and operate production-grade machine learning systems for real-time personalization.
- Develop scalable processes for large-scale data analysis, model development, model validation, and model implementation.
- Lead cross-functional machine learning projects across teams and collaborate closely with Product and Engineering.
- Maintain high system quality, proactively prevent regressions through testing, and improve project quality through direct contributions and long-term technical advocacy.
- Provide technical leadership and help raise the engineering bar across machine learning systems.
Requirements
- At least 6 years of professional experience building systems, including sufficient ownership of a system to observe the consequences of technical decisions.
- Experience with TensorFlow or PyTorch, XGBoost, pandas, Matplotlib, SQL, Spark, or similar tools.
- Proficiency or experience with Python.
- Extensive experience using machine learning and data analysis to build scalable systems and data-driven products.
- Proven experience building scalable, efficient, automated processes for large-scale data analysis, model development, model validation, and model implementation.
- Experience leading cross-functional machine learning projects.
- Ten or more years of experience is ideal.
