Base Salary
$138k - $172k/yr
Responsibilities
- Lead design sessions that decompose business problems into complex systems and interfaces.
- Design and develop scalable, high-performance frontend and backend applications and services.
- Build AI systems and functionality using Python and SQL.
- Develop client-side and server-side application components and troubleshoot issues across the full stack.
- Lead code reviews, provide technical guidance, and mentor junior engineers.
- Plan product releases and help drive product direction from business requirements through launch.
- Collaborate with developers, sponsors, executives, and other cross-functional stakeholders to deliver AI products.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a similar field, or equivalent work experience.
- At least 3 years of experience building and deploying production-level machine learning solutions or equivalent experience.
- At least 3 years of Python experience or equivalent experience.
- At least 3 years of frontend development experience.
- Proficiency in database schema design, distributed systems, and cloud-based computing.
- Preferred experience delivering product solutions from idea through deployment and familiarity with web services and API frameworks such as Flask and FastAPI.
- Strong analytical, communication, organization, leadership, mentoring, and presentation skills.
