Base Salary
$130k - $160k/yr
Responsibilities
- Develop web applications using React for the frontend and Ruby on Rails for the backend.
- Build new features, enhancements, and defect resolutions across software platforms.
- Participate in architecture reviews, technical design, daily stand-ups, and peer code reviews.
- Collaborate with Product Management throughout the software development process.
- Mentor junior engineers and contribute to system architecture and design decisions.
Requirements
- 5+ years of software engineering experience building enterprise SaaS cloud-based solutions.
- 3+ years of Ruby on Rails development experience.
- 3+ years of hands-on experience with modern JavaScript frameworks such as React.
- 2+ years of frontend and backend test automation development using RSpec, Cucumber, or similar tools.
- Strong understanding of system design, architecture, trade-offs, and relational database concepts.
- Familiarity with cloud-based technologies such as Kubernetes and AWS.
- Technical leadership or management experience is preferred.
- Ability to work independently or collaboratively, with strong problem-solving and communication skills.
