Responsibilities
- Support the design of aircraft engine systems for commercial and military applications.
- Work on areas such as engine controls, sensors, electrical power systems, vehicle health and data management systems, data collection and computing systems, real-time data analytics, embedded controls, and engine test systems.
- Perform design, analysis, testing, simulation, software requirements writing, software testing, tool development, and product or program support.
- Develop professional and technical skills through mentorship and training while upholding safety and quality priorities.
Requirements
- Maintain a minimum 3.0 cumulative GPA on a 4.0 scale without rounding.
- Be enrolled full time in a nationally accredited bachelor's or graduate program in computer engineering, computer science, software engineering, or a related major.
- Graduate on or after July 2028.
- Be willing and able to work in the United States and have reliable transportation.
- Have proficiency in at least one programming language and strong knowledge of computer and Microsoft products.
- Demonstrate engineering aptitude, analytical problem-solving ability, leadership, teamwork, interpersonal skills, initiative, and willingness to learn.
- Upperclassmen are preferred.
