Responsibilities
- Study existing PL/SQL code and write PL/SQL to implement change specifications.
- Design, oversee, and debug C++, PL/SQL, C#, JavaScript, and JSON code for technical performance.
- Develop application interfaces to support data synchronization and data integrity.
- Write custom and ad-hoc reports based on client specifications.
- Perform other programmer and software developer tasks supporting operations.
- Design, develop, integrate, maintain, enhance, and support enterprise-level custom-built and COTS applications.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience as a Programmer or Software Developer.
- At least 2 years of experience developing HRMS software applications for large organizations within the past 4 years, including platforms such as Rippling, BambooHR, Workday, or Dayforce.
- Post-secondary education, consisting of a College/CEGEP diploma or university degree.
- At least 2 years of recent experience coding in C++ using MS Visual Studio and SQL for application development.
- At least 1 year of experience coding in Oracle PL/SQL using SQL Navigator or TOAD for application development within the past 4 years.
- At least 2 years of experience programming with two-tiered Oracle broker technology within the past 5 years.
- At least 2 years of experience developing software in an Agile development environment within the past 5 years.
- Must currently hold or be eligible to obtain and maintain a Secret Level II Canadian Federal Government security clearance.
- Must be able to work onsite in the Ottawa area five days per week.
