Base Salary
$149k - $286k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design and develop scalable, resilient, cloud-native services and AI system functionality.
- Create architecture to solve complex scalability challenges and make technical design decisions.
- Build functional and system-level tests, debug issues, and perform root-cause analysis.
- Own features end to end and participate in release and deployment processes.
- Provide technical leadership through mentorship and code and design reviews for MTS/AMTS engineers.
- Collaborate with engineering, product, architecture, platform, Data Cloud, and AI Platform teams.
Requirements
- BS or higher degree in Computer Science.
- 4+ years of industry experience in system or database internals programming.
- 4+ years of technical leadership in architecture and design of enterprise server platforms or systems.
- Deep expertise with distributed systems and consensus algorithms.
- Experience designing highly concurrent multi-threaded or multi-process data structures.
- Strong Java or C programming skills.
- Strong problem-solving, communication, collaboration, planning, and execution abilities.
- Preferred: Salesforce platform experience with Apex, LWC, or Data Cloud, or the ability to learn the platform quickly.
- Preferred: hands-on experience with Salesforce Agentforce or Agent Builder.
- Preferred: experience rigorously reviewing human- or AI-generated code for correctness, quality, security, and performance.
