Base Salary
$152k - $221k/yr
Responsibilities
- Develop and orchestrate end-to-end deployment plans across customer, professional services, and partner teams.
- Onboard implementation teams, clear blockers, manage timelines and progress, and ensure capacity and training readiness.
- Use coding, debugging, and systems design to resolve technical blockers and accelerate customer deployment.
- Track initial and ongoing workload ramp from agreement through consumption.
- Identify account expansion opportunities during project execution.
- Sustain product usage, help customers realize value, and support future agreement renewals.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 10 years of experience with cloud-native architecture in a customer-facing or support role.
- Experience with deployment planning, orchestration, or change management.
- Experience with programming languages, debugging, or systems design.
- Experience engaging with, presenting to, or managing technical stakeholders or executive leaders.
- Ability to travel up to 25% of the time as needed.
- Preferred experience selling technical solutions in infrastructure modernization, application modernization, data management, data analytics, AI, networking, migrations, or security.
- Preferred experience with Google Cloud products and competitive differentiation.
- Preferred experience resolving technical and capacity blockers with product and capacity teams.
- Preferred experience with Python or Java and multi-agent frameworks including A2A, LangGraph, CrewAI, or AutoGen.
- Preferred experience navigating the startup lifecycle from AI Studio prototyping through product-market fit on Vertex AI.
Benefits
- US base pay is $152000-$221000 per year, plus a 42.86% bonus target, equity, and benefits.
- Ability to travel up to 25% of the time as needed.
