Base Salary
$133k - $207k/yr
Responsibilities
- Assess the feasibility, suitability, integration, and lifecycle impact of architecture solutions and products.
- Define, design, and verify architectures, requirements, data systems, and information management components.
- Develop migration strategies for existing applications and workloads and transition solutions toward cloud optimization and Cloud First practices.
- Create and maintain current-state and future-state architecture views and models.
- Develop and enhance DevSecOps operations across multiple cloud service environments using automation.
- Support policy, process, standards, tools, and documentation for compliant and efficient application design and operations.
- Facilitate technical discussions with stakeholders throughout the software development lifecycle.
Requirements
- Ability to obtain access to Special Access Programs (SAP).
- Active Security+ certification or ability to obtain it within six months of start.
- At least 3 years of experience with Kubernetes, Docker containers, Ansible, Terraform, major cloud providers, web application deployment, CI/CD and configuration management release processes.
- At least 3 years of experience working on or leading agile teams and guiding system design and requirements for fully tested production solutions.
- Preferred qualifications include an Azure Solutions Architect Expert certification, 5 or more years in a developer role, system integration and service-oriented architecture experience, Azure services experience, manufacturing or product lifecycle management experience, and experience with cloud and product security.
- Preferred experience also includes cloud operational excellence, compliance, security, reliability, performance, scalability, cost optimization, container orchestration, and large-scale COTS integration.
