Base Salary
$154k - $239k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design and implement complex, scalable, and secure AI/ML solutions on AWS, including selecting and fine-tuning models.
- Develop and deploy machine learning models and generative AI applications, conduct experiments, and optimize performance at scale.
- Collaborate with customer stakeholders to identify use cases, gather requirements, and define implementation strategies.
- Provide technical guidance on responsible, cost-efficient AI and machine learning practices throughout project delivery.
- Advise customers on AI/ML advancements, emerging technologies, and approaches for leveraging diverse data sources.
- Mentor team members, deliver training, create reusable AI/ML artifacts, and prototype and evaluate new technologies.
Requirements
- 3+ years of cloud architecture and solution implementation experience.
- 5+ years of experience with machine learning, statistical modeling, data mining, and analytics techniques.
- Professional software engineering experience covering the full software development life cycle, including coding standards, software architecture, code reviews, source control, continuous deployments, testing, and operational excellence.
- Experience defining and creating benchmarks for assessing generative AI model performance.
- Experience translating complex technical solutions and data-driven insights into actionable recommendations for technical and non-technical audiences.
- Preferred qualifications include knowledge of AWS services across compute, storage, networking, security, databases, machine learning, and serverless technologies.
- Preferred qualifications include cloud performance optimization and cost management experience, pre-sales technical communication experience, and experience with customer-facing complex and large-scale project management.
