Responsibilities
- Partner with stakeholders to translate complex operational challenges into technical specifications and practical software solutions.
- Design, code, and deploy internal tools, custom scripts, automations, and AI-driven workflows.
- Collaborate across engineering and business teams as a technical liaison.
- Apply system design concepts to create scalable and maintainable solutions.
- Document codebases, workflows, and user guidelines and share knowledge across the function.
Requirements
- Have a strong foundation in computer science or software engineering principles through formal education or equivalent practical coding experience.
- Demonstrate proficiency in programming languages such as Python or JavaScript.
- Be able to understand partner needs and convert ambiguous requirements into functional technology.
- Communicate clearly and collaborate effectively with non-technical team members.
- Show interest in or experience with LLM APIs, automation frameworks, scripting, or custom internal dashboards.
