Responsibilities
- Develop robust and maintainable software using software development practices and standards.
- Participate in all stages of the software development lifecycle.
- Guide non-technical teams and consultants on software development best practices.
- Optimize the computational efficiency of algorithms and software designs.
- Collaborate directly with clients on new features for future product releases.
- Work with teams to share software design and solution ideas.
- Contribute to thought leadership, scientific papers, and conferences on behalf of BCG X.
- Build and deploy AI solutions for clients across regions and industries.
Requirements
- Currently enrolled in a university Master's or PhD degree program in Computer Research Science, Statistics, Operations Research, or a related field.
- Passion for software development, large-scale data analytics, and helping organizations become AI-led.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, service-oriented environment.
- Problem-solving ability and intellectual curiosity across industries and topics.
