Responsibilities
- Partner with Legal operations stakeholders to translate complex operational challenges into technical specifications and software tools.
- Design, code, and deploy internal tools, custom scripts, automations, and AI-driven workflows.
- Collaborate across engineering and business teams as a technical liaison.
- Apply system architecture and design principles to build scalable and maintainable solutions.
- Document codebases, workflows, and user guidelines and share knowledge across the function.
Requirements
- Foundation in computer science or software engineering principles through formal education or equivalent practical coding experience.
- Proficiency in a programming language such as Python or JavaScript.
- Ability to understand partner needs and convert ambiguous requirements into functional technology.
- Resourceful and adaptable approach to open-ended technical challenges.
- Clear communication skills and ability to collaborate with non-technical stakeholders.
- Passion for or experience with LLM APIs, automation frameworks, scripting, or custom internal dashboards.
