Responsibilities
- Develop, maintain, and improve automation solutions using PowerShell, Python with FastAPI, and Java.
- Build, enhance, and maintain backend APIs and integrations with Microsoft 365, Exchange Online, and Microsoft Entra ID.
- Automate identity and access management, user lifecycle processes, and administrative workflows.
- Troubleshoot, optimize, and support enterprise applications and services with cross-functional teams.
- Design and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps, GitHub Workflows, and GitOps practices.
- Drive security, quality, operational, monitoring, and observability improvements while supporting customer and banking-industry needs.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in DevOps, cloud engineering, platform engineering, or a similar role.
- Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure and Azure DevOps.
- Strong experience with Docker, Kubernetes or OpenShift, and Linux environments.
- Experience designing and maintaining CI/CD pipelines and understanding REST APIs, authentication, and integration concepts.
- Knowledge of security best practices, platform quality, troubleshooting, monitoring, and observability.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively, improve existing systems, and apply DevOps best practices.
- Ability to use AI tools responsibly, including effective prompting, critical validation of outputs, and ownership of final results.
- Experience administering Microsoft 365, including Exchange Online and Microsoft Entra ID, is preferred.
- Hands-on PowerShell scripting, SQL and relational database knowledge, and familiarity with banking processes are preferred.
- German language skills are a plus.
