Responsibilities
- Implement game logic and systems in C# using Unity.
- Contribute to game architecture, feature development, and gameplay design for casual games.
- Enhance an existing codebase’s functionality, stability, and performance.
- Identify performance bottlenecks and optimize memory management, frame-rate stability, and load times.
- Collaborate with Unity developers, artists, product managers, tech engineers, monetization managers, and data analysts.
- Provide guidance and share expertise with the team.
- Deliver high-quality results on schedule.
Requirements
- At least three years of advanced Unity experience, including C# scripting, UI systems, animation, and particle systems.
- Previous experience with or exposure to the game production process.
- Experience identifying performance bottlenecks and implementing optimizations.
- Strong critical-thinking, problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills.
- Good sense of gameplay experience and close attention to detail.
- Fluency in written and spoken English.
- Experience with analytics-driven development and A/B testing in live games is preferred.
