Responsibilities
- Maintain and debug the game physics system by investigating and correcting bugs.
- Analyze and resolve technical issues involving collisions, particles, and related physics systems.
- Develop new features for physics simulation and object placement and orientation.
- Optimize collision and real-time physics performance.
- Collaborate in an international context under the Lead Engine Programmer.
Requirements
- Significant C++ development experience in the video game industry.
- Production experience and strong proficiency with a physics engine such as Havok, Chaos, Bullet, or PhysX.
- Ability to work independently and proactively with strong interpersonal skills.
- English proficiency sufficient for easy communication in an international environment.
