Responsibilities
- Contribute to the functional and technical evolution of the Unity-based simulator.
- Coordinate with R&D teams, 3D artists, and engineers.
- Prioritize and schedule bug-fix and feature releases.
- Optimize simulator performance using Unity profiler tools.
- Design and restructure the codebase.
- Develop dynamic simulation tools for model training and live demonstrations.
- Continue developing realistic crowd simulation for navigation through 3D environments.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Game Development, or a related field.
- 4–5 years of professional Unity experience on 3D software, simulations, or games.
- Strong knowledge of Unity and C# programming.
- Understanding of object-oriented programming and design patterns.
- Experience with Unity UI development using UI Toolkit, UXML, and USS.
- Knowledge of Unity’s AI Navigation System.
- Ability to integrate and optimize 3D assets, including environments, characters, and interactive objects.
- Familiarity with Git.
- Experience with debugging, testing, and profiling Unity applications.
- Understanding of system and architecture design, performance optimization, and memory optimization.
- Strong communication, collaboration, problem-solving, curiosity, adaptability, and willingness to learn.
