Responsibilities
- Collect and manage technical escalations to product and feature teams.
- Support investigation and validation of bugs.
- Answer technical questions and define solutions to obstacles.
- Ensure correct functioning and interoperability of services.
- Interact with sales, customer support, and development teams.
- Document knowledge acquired in the field for team sharing.
- Collect feedback from teams and clients to share insights.
Requirements
- 2-4 years of experience in technical support.
- Degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, or a STEM-related field.
- Fluency in Italian and good command of English.
- Familiarity with structured processes for product testing and delivery.
- Eagerness to share knowledge and learnings with the team.
- Experience with bug tracking and the bug lifecycle is a plus.
- Basic understanding of SaaS application architectures is preferred.
- Coding experience in Java, HTML, C#, JavaScript, or Python is advantageous.
- Comfortable with Agile methodologies and bug lifecycle management.
