Responsibilities
- Design, code, enhance, and implement scalable custom software solutions across systems and applications.
- Use Databricks for distributed data processing, data integration, transformation, and pipeline development.
- Serve as a subject-matter expert, contribute to team decisions, and provide solutions across multiple teams.
- Lead best-practice implementation to improve software development processes and team productivity.
- Mentor junior team members and coordinate cross-functional efforts to align solutions with business objectives.
- Debug, performance-tune, and optimize data workflows and software components.
Requirements
- At least five years of experience with Databricks Unified Data Analytics Platform.
- Proficiency in Databricks Unified Data Analytics Platform.
- Experience with distributed computing frameworks and cloud-based data processing.
- Strong knowledge of the software development lifecycle and agile methodologies.
- Ability to design scalable and maintainable software architectures.
- Familiarity with data integration, transformation, and pipeline development.
- Competence in debugging, performance tuning, and optimizing data workflows.
- 15 years of full-time education.
