Responsibilities
- Build digital products collaboratively with clients and their customers.
- Apply hands-on software engineering expertise while leading and supporting other engineers.
- Lead client accounts across people, delivery, quality, and commercial considerations.
- Design and deliver cloud solutions using AWS and/or Azure.
- Debug and resolve complex technical issues.
- Contribute to internal and regional engineering communities by sharing knowledge and shaping technical discussions.
- Travel to client and partner sites throughout the UK on an ad hoc basis.
Requirements
- Several years of hands-on experience and proficiency in either React or Java.
- Ability to collaborate openly, adapt to change, and continue learning.
- Experience applying analytical and creative thinking to produce technical solutions.
- Proven ability to debug and resolve complex technical issues.
- Hands-on cloud experience with AWS and/or Azure is preferred.
- Experience building datastore solutions with at least one NoSQL technology, such as Elasticsearch, is preferred.
- Must be willing to travel to client sites throughout the UK.
- Any employment offer is subject to satisfactory SC security clearance, requiring five years of continuous UK address history and typically no periods of 30 consecutive days or more outside the UK.
