Responsibilities
- Perform manual and automated QA testing for Guidewire applications across on-premises and SaaS environments.
- Develop and configure Guidewire BillingCenter and ClaimCenter applications to meet client requirements.
- Test Guidewire PolicyCenter, BillingCenter, and ClaimCenter functionality, including client customizations.
- Integrate Guidewire systems with other software platforms.
- Support software development, system development, and Application Evolution Services activities.
- Manage ITIL processes, track SLAs, and support contracting and delivery activities.
- Provide technical insights and solutions during client engagements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and contribute to project execution, problem-solving, and project planning.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- 2–4 years of professional experience required.
- QA experience testing Guidewire applications through both manual and automated methods.
- Deep expertise in Guidewire PolicyCenter and working knowledge of BillingCenter and ClaimCenter.
- Experience with standard Guidewire functionality and client customizations for Policy, Billing, and Claims Center in property and casualty insurance.
- Oral and written proficiency in English.
- Strong analytical and strategic understanding of business and technical processes.
- Preferred fields of study include computer science, information technology, business, analytics, engineering, mathematics, statistics, finance, and related disciplines.
- Guidewire or Scrum Master certification preferred.
- Experience with Guidewire integration projects, software development methodologies, system development, teamwork, and client support preferred.
