Responsibilities
- Design, code, maintain, and enhance custom software components and applications.
- Design and implement custom workflows and business rules within the Pega Platform.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex application development issues.
- Work with integrations and APIs within the Pega environment.
- Optimize application performance and scalability.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and deliver software solutions.
- Document development processes and solutions.
- Participate independently in team discussions and become a subject matter expert.
- Guide and support junior team members.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience with the Pega Platform.
- Proficiency in the Pega Platform.
- Experience designing and implementing custom workflows and business rules in Pega.
- Understanding of the software development lifecycle and agile methodologies.
- Ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues related to application development.
- Familiarity with integration techniques and APIs in the Pega environment.
- Competence in optimizing application performance and ensuring scalability.
- 15 years of full-time education.
