Responsibilities
- Develop, design, code, test, maintain, and enhance custom software solutions and application components.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to gather and clarify software requirements.
- Document technical specifications and maintain clear development records.
- Debug, monitor, and optimize Java applications for performance, scalability, and user experience.
- Work independently, contribute solutions to technical problems, and participate in team discussions.
- Provide guidance and support to junior team members.
- Continuously improve application performance and functionality.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience with Java Standard Edition.
- 15 years of full-time education.
- Strong knowledge of object-oriented programming concepts and design patterns.
- Experience debugging, testing, and optimizing Java applications for performance and scalability.
- Familiarity with version control systems and collaborative development workflows.
- Ability to write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code.
- Understanding of the software development lifecycle and agile methodologies.
