Base Salary
$174k - $252k/yr
Responsibilities
- Write and test product or system development code.
- Collaborate with peers and stakeholders through design and code reviews to uphold coding, testability, accuracy, and efficiency standards.
- Triage, debug, track, and resolve product or system issues by analyzing effects on hardware, networks, services, and quality.
- Lead the end-to-end design and development of a next-generation evaluation system.
- Research, publish, and innovate Cyber Evaluation benchmarks.
- Develop foundational AI feedback loops involving foundational AI models, a core cyber harness, and agentic systems.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
- At least 5 years of software development experience in one or more programming languages.
- At least 3 years of experience testing, maintaining, or launching software products.
- At least 1 year of experience with software design and architecture.
- At least 2 years of experience with state-of-the-art GenAI technologies, applied ML or Core ML development, or ML platform/infrastructure.
- Preferred: Master’s degree or PhD in Computer Science or a related technical field.
- Preferred: 5 years of experience with data structures and algorithms.
- Preferred: 1 year of experience in a technical leadership role.
- Preferred: experience with RL, post-training, preference optimization, feedback-driven model or harness improvement, scalable distributed systems, cloud services, or data platforms.
- Preferred: experience building and deploying agentic AI systems, end-to-end agent development and iteration, and benchmarking research.
- Preferred: understanding of security-related areas.
