Base Salary

$188k - $274k/yr

Responsibilities

  • Deliver innovative, engaging prototypes using current front-end technologies.
  • Architect prompt-engineering pipelines and middleware layers that ensure LLM output maps consistently to UI components.
  • Mentor mid-to-executive engineers and designers and establish web engineering excellence standards.
  • Contribute to core libraries and define the organizational playbook for AI product development.
  • Partner with executive team members to define and promote standards and integrate changes into design-system and workflow guidelines.
  • Address technical challenges by bridging design goals and model capabilities when standard solutions are unavailable.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • At least 8 years of experience in a technical, UX, design, or related setting.
  • At least 6 years of experience in front-end development or UX engineering.
  • Experience with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
  • Preferred: 8 years of experience in a technical, UX, design environment, or similar.
  • Preferred: 7 years of technical leadership experience.
  • Preferred: experience with vibe-coding tools including AI Studio, Cursor, Antigravity, and Firebase Studio.
  • Familiarity with full technology stacks and production environments.

  • US base salary is listed as $188000-$274000, plus a 20% bonus target, equity, and benefits.
