Base Salary
$174k - $252k/yr
Responsibilities
- Write and test product or system development code.
- Participate in or lead design reviews with peers and stakeholders to select technologies.
- Build a toolkit for automated model training, model evaluation, and prompt optimization using AI agents.
- Design and implement end-to-end ML architectures for Ads Safety.
- Develop automated model refreshing, high-scale data pipelining and funneling, and proactive signal integration to improve detection quality.
- Contribute to and update documentation or educational content based on product and user feedback.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 5 years of experience with software development, applied ML, autonomous systems, and large-scale systems design.
- 3 years of experience with end-to-end machine learning, including model building, deployment, evaluation, optimization, data processing, and debugging.
- 3 years of experience with one or more of multimodal LLMs, computer vision, NLP, or reinforcement learning.
- 1 year of experience with GenAI techniques such as agentic workflows, RAG, ICL, or RSI.
- Preferred: Master’s degree or PhD in Computer Science or a related technical field.
- Preferred: 5 years of experience with data structures and algorithms.
- Preferred: 3 years of experience in a complex, matrixed organization involving cross-functional or cross-business projects.
- Preferred: 1 year of experience in a technical leadership role.
- Preferred: experience developing accessible technologies.
