Responsibilities
- Partner with enterprise AI teams to design and implement observability programs.
- Lead technical discussions with customer stakeholders.
- Build custom integrations and workflows to meet customer requirements.
- Manage multiple customer engagements from scoping to delivery.
- Collaborate with Sales, CS, Product, and Engineering teams.
- Define and scale best practices and methodologies for the team.
Requirements
- 2-5 years of hands-on software development experience.
- Experience building MLOps pipelines and deploying Generative AI applications.
- Familiarity with public cloud platforms and containerization technologies.
- Excellent communication skills for technical and business audiences.
- Proven ability to manage multiple client engagements simultaneously.
- Comfortable in fast-paced startup or consulting environments.
- Genuine passion for AI and staying updated on evolving technologies.
