Responsibilities
- Lead the technical design and execution of SAP integration projects from PoC to production.
- Define integration patterns using SAP BTP and middleware layers.
- Implement iFlows, API connectors, and data transformations for various use cases.
- Propose connectivity solutions within strict security and data handling requirements.
- Collaborate with customer SAP teams and SAP's technical teams.
- Support system integrators and SAP partners in building integrations.
- Translate field experiences into standardized approaches and playbooks.
- Provide structured feedback to improve Parloa's integration capabilities.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in SAP integration engineering or technical consulting.
- Hands-on expertise with SAP BTP Integration Suite.
- Solid understanding of SAP data models and APIs for S/4HANA, ECC, Service Cloud, or CRM.
- Proficiency in integration protocols like OData, REST, SOAP, and OAuth2.
- Ability to operate independently in complex customer environments.
- Strong communication skills for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- Experience with conversational AI or CX technology stacks is a plus.
- Familiarity with SAP AI Core or similar AI extensions is a plus.
- Experience with SAP system integrators in a delivery or presales capacity is a plus.
