Responsibilities
- Own SAP integration projects end-to-end from technical design and proof of concept through production go-live.
- Design scalable integration architectures using SAP BTP Integration Suite, API Management, Event Mesh, OData, REST, SOAP, and middleware layers.
- Build and configure iFlows, API connectors, and data transformations connecting SAP systems to Parloa’s AI platform.
- Develop production-grade connectivity solutions that address enterprise security, authorization, and regulated data requirements.
- Collaborate with customer SAP Basis, BTP, and application teams and SAP technical teams on architecture, testing, and rollout.
- Enable system integrators and SAP partners to independently deliver Parloa-SAP integrations.
- Create standardized integration approaches, accelerators, and playbooks to improve delivery repeatability.
- Translate customer integration gaps and field experience into actionable feedback for Product and Engineering.
Requirements
- 5+ years of professional experience in SAP integration engineering, SAP BTP development, or SAP technical consulting.
- Hands-on expertise designing, building, and operating SAP BTP Integration Suite iFlows, API proxies, and event-based integrations.
- Understanding of SAP data models and APIs across S/4HANA, ECC, Service Cloud, or CRM.
- Proficiency with OData v2/v4, REST, SOAP, OAuth2, and SAP IAS/XSUAA authentication patterns.
- Ability to independently own integration challenges and drive resolution across multiple stakeholders.
- Clear communication skills with SAP engineers and non-technical business stakeholders.
- Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Experience with conversational AI, contact center platforms, or CX technology in an SAP context is a strong plus.
- Familiarity with SAP AI Core, SAP Agent Builder, or similar SAP AI extensions is a strong plus.
- Experience with SAP system integrators in delivery or presales engineering is a strong plus.
