Base Salary
$166k - $184k/yr
Responsibilities
- Serve as the Salesforce architectural authority for platform configuration, customization, integrations, and design.
- Define OOTB, Flow, Apex, LWC, and OmniStudio decisions based on scalability, speed, and maintainability.
- Establish architecture standards, design patterns, governance, security, and best practices.
- Design end-to-end, multi-cloud Salesforce architectures including Service, Experience, Data Cloud, and AI capabilities.
- Contribute hands-on to Apex, LWC, integration, and data-model implementations when needed.
- Lead solution design sessions, code reviews, and technical deep dives.
- Define enterprise integration and data architecture covering APIs, events, middleware, governance, and analytics readiness.
- Drive AI-enabled engineering using Einstein, Agentforce, and intelligent automation.
- Enforce DevSecOps practices and partner with stakeholders to deliver secure, scalable solutions.
Requirements
- 8–10 years of software engineering and architecture experience, including 6+ years of hands-on Salesforce expertise.
- Deep expertise in Apex, LWC, OmniStudio, and Flow, including performance optimization and advanced design patterns.
- Experience making architectural decisions across OOTB, low-code, and custom development approaches.
- Strong experience designing and implementing enterprise integrations using REST, SOAP, events, and middleware.
- Deep understanding of Salesforce data modeling, security architecture, and sharing models.
- Experience with Agile, DevSecOps, continuous delivery, and AI-assisted development practices.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- Active Secret clearance.
- Salesforce architect-level certification such as Application Architect, System Architect, or Platform Developer II.
