Responsibilities

  • Lead technical discussions with key clients and provide advanced solutions aligned with their business objectives.
  • Drive solution development for key accounts and tailor technically robust solutions to customer needs.
  • Provide technical guidance and subject-matter expertise to internal teams and clients.
  • Support strategic sales initiatives using product knowledge and customer insights.
  • Collaborate with product management, engineering, Integration Engineers, Sales Directors, and other teams.
  • Monitor industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitor offerings to recommend product improvements.
  • Act as a trusted technical advisor and build strong client relationships.
  • Mentor and coach junior team members.
  • Participate in product testing and provide actionable feedback on product quality and user experience.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
  • Extensive experience leading technical discussions and solution development for key accounts.
  • Experience contributing to strategic sales initiatives and mentoring junior team members.
  • Ability to independently lead large onsite and virtual customer meetings and develop recommended architectures and deployment roadmaps.
  • Familiarity with enterprise software, identity and security solutions, and networking fundamentals.
  • Experience with cloud-based environments such as Azure, AWS, and/or Google Cloud.
  • Security certifications such as CISSP are a plus.
  • Ability to work legally in the United States.
