Responsibilities
- Lead technical discussions with key clients and provide advanced solutions aligned with their business objectives.
- Drive solution development for key accounts and tailor technically robust solutions to customer needs.
- Provide technical guidance and subject-matter expertise to internal teams and clients.
- Support strategic sales initiatives using product knowledge and customer insights.
- Collaborate with product management, engineering, Integration Engineers, Sales Directors, and other teams.
- Monitor industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitor offerings to recommend product improvements.
- Act as a trusted technical advisor and build strong client relationships.
- Mentor and coach junior team members.
- Participate in product testing and provide actionable feedback on product quality and user experience.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- Extensive experience leading technical discussions and solution development for key accounts.
- Experience contributing to strategic sales initiatives and mentoring junior team members.
- Ability to independently lead large onsite and virtual customer meetings and develop recommended architectures and deployment roadmaps.
- Familiarity with enterprise software, identity and security solutions, and networking fundamentals.
- Experience with cloud-based environments such as Azure, AWS, and/or Google Cloud.
- Security certifications such as CISSP are a plus.
- Ability to work legally in the United States.
