Responsibilities
- Support technical onboarding and deployment for enterprise customers.
- Build and scale AI voice agents, conversation flows, and deployment strategies alongside customers.
- Debug APIs, webhooks, SIP, telephony, authentication, integrations, latency issues, and production deployments.
- Work directly in customer codebases and build technical solutions with customer engineering teams.
- Identify product gaps, translate customer needs into product improvements, and collaborate with Product and Engineering.
- Help customers launch new AI use cases and expand product adoption.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical field.
- 2–8 years of professional experience in Customer Success Engineering, Solutions Engineering, Forward Deployed Engineering, Software Engineering, or a similar technical role.
- Strong technical problem-solving skills and experience working with APIs and debugging technical issues.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to explain technical concepts clearly to customers.
- Comfort working directly with customers and building technical solutions with them.
- Availability for some overlapping work hours with the Pacific Time-based team and customers.
- Experience with Python or TypeScript, AI, LLMs, or Voice AI; startup and enterprise customer experience are preferred.
- Willingness to travel occasionally for customer launches or onsite work.
