Responsibilities
- Support sales opportunities as a product expert capable of demonstrating solution capabilities.
- Apply knowledge of criminal justice processes related to digital evidence.
- Interview and engage user groups within Public Safety agencies.
- Construct needs assessments with Account Executives to ensure alignment.
- Collect solution requirements and communicate feedback to Product Management.
- Assist with technical RFP responses and presentations.
- Develop Statements of Work.
- Monitor market needs and future trends in the Public Safety sector.
- Deliver presentations to end users, partners, and consultants.
- Present NiCE’s value proposition and differentiation from competitors.
- Maintain customer relationships to maximize long-term revenue and generate referrals.
Requirements
- BA/BS in Computer Science, Information Management Systems, or a related field.
- At least 4 years of experience selling and/or performing sales engineering for government verticals or the Public Safety/Security industry.
- Experience working with government purchasing personnel on RFP or bid responses and state or federal contracts.
- Experience with consultative selling, solution demonstrations, and presentation preparation.
- Strong technical knowledge, communication skills, presentation skills, and creative problem-solving ability.
- Experience working with and influencing senior decision makers.
- Strong desire to win and close business.
