Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end implementation operations, including customer onboarding, recurring data deliveries, production workflows, and operational support.
- Support AI-enabled implementations and onboarding in partnership with technical and cross-functional teams.
- Execute and validate production deliveries for data quality, timeliness, documentation, and customer impact.
- Collaborate with Product, Engineering, DPQ, Customer Success, and Technical Engagement to resolve issues and deliver customer outcomes.
- Use GenAI tools and AI capabilities to accelerate research, troubleshooting, documentation, coding, workflow analysis, and implementation activities.
- Drive automation, documentation, and process improvements that reduce manual effort and make operations more scalable and reliable.
- Contribute to AI and Implementation Operations playbooks, documentation, and repeatable operating processes.
Requirements
- Strong SQL and data fundamentals for investigating data, validating outputs, and troubleshooting delivery workflows.
- Curiosity and aptitude to learn AI technologies and AI-enabled implementation workflows.
- Experience working with APIs, cloud platforms, or modern data ecosystems.
- Strong ownership, communication, and stakeholder management skills across technical and non-technical partners.
- Comfort working through ambiguity, learning new systems, and taking initiative to solve problems.
- Preferred experience with Snowflake, AWS, Python, or Airflow.
- Preferred healthcare or life sciences industry experience.
- Preferred SaaS implementation or technical onboarding experience.
- Familiarity with GenAI tools and AI-enabled workflows is preferred.
- Ability to use GenAI thoughtfully with appropriate judgment, validation, and data-handling practices.
