Base Salary

$138k - $175k/yr

Responsibilities

  • Define solution architecture and lead implementation for Adobe Solutions on customer engagements.
  • Align digital experience and marketing technology architectures with business strategy and customer goals.
  • Assess current-state architecture and marketing capabilities and recommend future-state application architectures.
  • Establish use cases, objectives, requirements, capability maps, technical diagrams, and strategic roadmaps with customer teams.
  • Ensure alignment among business strategy, IT roadmaps, and technical deployment teams.
  • Present recommendations to technical leads and leadership teams and serve as a liaison between business and IT stakeholders.
  • Improve professional services processes, delivery quality, and Adobe’s architecture practice.
  • Share customer feedback with product engineering and product managers to improve product capabilities.

Requirements

  • At least 3 years of experience as a solution or application architect, systems integrator, or senior consultant.
  • Deep expertise in digital marketing use cases and strategies across content, data, customer journeys, CMS, analytics, personalization, e-commerce, DAM, and mobile engagement.
  • Experience delivering enterprise or solution/application integrations involving big data, analytics, testing and optimization, personalization, and activation.
  • Ability to engage management and project stakeholders, build consensus, and deliver solutions in customer-facing environments.
  • Ability to identify business challenges and align proposed solutions with measurable success criteria.
  • Strong communication skills for explaining complex ideas to technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Experience developing architectural methodologies, technical diagrams, capability maps, and strategic roadmaps.
  • Strong leadership, decision-making, analytical, problem-solving, negotiation, and conflict-resolution skills.
  • Experience working in a world-class consulting or technology organization.
  • Ability to manage multiple engagements and willingness to travel up to 40%.
