Base Salary
$90k - $95k/yr
Responsibilities
- Consult with customers to identify business challenges and determine how Celonis can deliver impactful solutions.
- Present the Celonis AI value proposition and align solutions with customers’ AI strategies.
- Prototype and develop traditional machine learning and LLM-based solutions tailored to customer needs.
- Execute proof projects and lead proof-of-concept projects within the Celonis platform.
- Develop and modify Celonis data models using SQL and analyses using PQL.
- Collaborate with customers, partners, sales, implementation services, and internal Product and Engineering teams to design solutions and support value realization.
- Build trusted-advisor relationships, quantify strategic business value, and deliver presentations and demos to senior executives.
- Create reusable collateral, best practices, and tools for the Global Value Engineering Center of Excellence.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Data Analytics, Economics, Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related STEM field.
- Extensive internship experience or 1–3 years of full-time work experience.
- Hands-on experience with SQL, Microsoft Power BI, Tableau, or another data analytics solution.
- Strong analytical, creative problem-solving, customer-centric, organizational, communication, and presentation skills.
- Ability to build relationships with senior management, influence decisions, prioritize work, and meet deadlines.
- Fluency in English and willingness to learn in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
- Preferred experience includes Python, machine learning, customer-facing or customer success work, proof-of-concept projects, supply chain or finance processes, ROI/TCO modeling, SAP, Oracle, French or Spanish fluency, and a GPA of 3.6 or higher.
