Base Salary
$150k - $225k/yr
Responsibilities
- Partner with Account Executives throughout the sales cycle on technical discovery, solution design, demonstrations, and technical differentiation.
- Translate complex customer use cases into operational workflows and scalable deployment practices.
- Run structured proofs of concept tied to active opportunities and measurable operational value.
- Guide integrations, networking, customer data environments, physical-security and video platforms, BVLOS approvals, waivers, and docked operations.
- Lead customer onboarding, implementation, expansion, and long-term program success.
- Create reusable technical assets and provide prioritized field feedback to Product and Engineering.
Requirements
- Experience in unmanned aircraft operation, design, development, or regulatory environments.
- Experience in utilities, AEC, security, or oil and gas.
- Technical background in aviation, engineering, computer science, software development, or hardware design.
- Familiarity with integrations and REST-based APIs or similar technologies.
- Ability to communicate technical concepts to audiences ranging from drone pilots to senior executives.
- Active FAA Part 107 Certificate.
- Ability to travel 50–75% of the time and lift up to 60 pounds unaided.
- Preferred qualifications include networking experience or CCNA certification, GIS, photogrammetry, survey and mapping workflows, dock-based, remote, or BVLOS operations at scale, and experience with Salesforce, Palantir, Databricks, or equivalent tools.
