Base Salary
$219k - $286k/yr
Responsibilities
- Partner with customers and Splunk teams to ensure long-term customer success and growth.
- Develop and maintain expertise in Splunk’s portfolio, use cases, and alignment to customer challenges.
- Own end-to-end technical engagement and customer experience across assigned accounts.
- Create, lead, and evolve customer technical account strategies using supporting resources to deliver business outcomes.
- Drive Solutions Architect engagements to position advanced solutions and expand use cases.
- Operationalize hybrid/cloud, security, and observability solutions in customer environments.
- Travel to visit prospects and customers in the Washington, DC region.
Requirements
- At least 4 years of related experience selling and delivering enterprise software solutions for cloud, on-premise, and hybrid environments related to Splunk solutions.
- Experience working in or recommending SaaS delivery models.
- Ability to lead customer technical account strategies and coordinate supporting resources.
- Active government TS/SCI/CI poly clearance.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
- Preferred: extensive cybersecurity and/or observability knowledge.
- Preferred: public cloud infrastructure experience and understanding of cloud economics, including AWS, GCP, or Azure.
- Preferred: strong interpersonal, written and verbal communication, presentation, data storytelling, time management, and adaptability skills.
Benefits
- Remote work is available from Maryland, Washington, DC, or Virginia only, with customer travel required in the Washington, DC region.
- Starting salary range is $218,600.00 to $286,100.00, with additional incentive compensation, equity, and benefits potentially available.
