Responsibilities
- Assist with marketing campaigns, including webinars and demonstrations.
- Qualify leads by validating technical environments and understanding business problems.
- Participate in RFP and RFI responses.
- Support discovery and opportunity engagement through qualification questions, research, and business understanding.
- Communicate the business value of BeyondTrust solutions and demonstrate that they deliver the proposed value.
- Help develop written proposals to accompany financial proposals.
- Deliver product demonstrations, manage proofs of concept, and secure the technical win of opportunities.
Requirements
- At least three years of working knowledge involving help desk or technical support for applications, server infrastructure, desktops, virtualization, and directories.
- Knowledge of common operating system and network topologies and security concepts.
- Ability to assess technical requirements and propose appropriate solutions in a team-selling environment.
- Comfort delivering presentations to audiences of varying sizes and excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Fluency in English is required.
- Security+, Network+, or another equivalent industry certification is required.
- Presales experience, additional languages, security-focused qualifications, and experience with security solutions are preferred.
- Working knowledge of Linux and Azure Active Directory and experience with BeyondTrust products are desirable.
