Base Salary

$165k - $185k/yr

Responsibilities

  • Build and customize Boomi integration processes and validate deployed integration data with clients.
  • Support billing-system transitions and migrations, including coordinating zero-downtime cutovers and urgent go-live support.
  • Monitor integration health and Boomi Atom environments, respond to alerts and flow exceptions, and troubleshoot data-flow issues.
  • Perform root-cause analysis, optimize inefficient processes, and implement preventative measures for recurring issues.
  • Serve as a Level 2 escalation point for synchronization issues across Laurel, Boomi, client practice management systems, and related tools.
  • Collaborate with Engineering on code fixes and maintain internal support and troubleshooting tools.
  • Communicate directly with client technical contacts during escalations and outages, provide status updates, and coordinate resolutions.
  • Document processes, issue patterns, lessons learned, and knowledge-base articles.
  • Own monitoring and alerting workflows, support system migrations, and identify integration issues before they affect clients.

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of technical experience in integration engineering, DevOps, technical support, or a similar role.
  • Strong ability to trace data flows across multiple systems and identify breakpoints and root causes.
  • Experience with APIs, SQL queries, databases, iPaaS tools, monitoring, alerting, and log analysis.
  • Experience with Boomi, MuleSoft, Zapier, or similar integration platforms.
  • Ability to communicate technical issues and resolutions to client technical contacts and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Preferred experience includes SAP, Workday, Aderant, Elite 3E, Practice Engine, CCH Axcess, Clio, legal technology, professional services software, human capital management, or time and billing systems.
  • Familiarity with SSO, SAML, OAuth, Microsoft 365 integrations, and enterprise SaaS applications is preferred.
  • Scripting or automation experience with Python, PowerShell, JavaScript, or similar tools is preferred.
  • Knowledge of data validation, reconciliation, bi-directional synchronization, and ETL processes is preferred.
  • Experience with Postman, curl, Jira, Linear, ServiceNow, or similar tools is preferred.
