Responsibilities
- Serve as the technical subject matter expert across Kaseya’s security portfolio, including Email Security, Microsoft 365 Defense, SIEM/MDR, Security Awareness Training, and Identity Protection.
- Conduct technical discovery and deliver customized, scenario-based product demonstrations.
- Partner with Account Executives to design layered security and compliance architectures tailored to customer environments.
- Advise customers on HIPAA, PCI-DSS, NIST, and CMMC alignment using compliance and auditing tools.
- Provide post-sale technical consulting, deployment guidance, threat detection configuration, and ongoing security optimization.
- Collaborate with Product Management to recommend enhancements based on threat intelligence and customer feedback.
- Translate complex security threats and compliance requirements into business value for executives, technical stakeholders, and non-technical audiences.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of pre-sales or technical solution architecture experience in cybersecurity, email security, or managed security solutions.
- Hands-on knowledge of email security, including phishing defense, DMARC, DKIM, and SPF.
- Experience with Microsoft 365 security management, SIEM log analysis, and MDR workflows.
- Understanding of IAM, MFA, and Security Awareness Training strategies.
- Working knowledge of HIPAA, PCI-DSS, NIST 800-171, NIST 800-53, and CMMC.
- Familiarity with Active Directory, Azure/Entra ID, core networking, OpenVAS, and Nessus.
- Familiarity with MSP service delivery models, SOC workflows, and ITSM practices.
- ITSM or ITIL certification is a plus.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to explain technical security and compliance concepts to varied audiences.
