Base Salary
$135k - $190k/yr
Responsibilities
- Partner with Sales to lead technical calls and understand customer goals, challenges, and requirements.
- Act as the technical expert for enterprise customers using the Base44 platform, including its capabilities, integration patterns, and best practices.
- Design, build, and present custom demos and proofs of concept that solve customer business problems.
- Debug and troubleshoot technical issues during pre-sales, proofs of concept, and implementation using API and webhook logs.
- Translate customer feedback and use cases into actionable insights for Product and Engineering teams.
- Develop reusable solutions and best-practice guides for customers and internal teams.
- Experiment with Base44 features and explore new platform capabilities.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in solution engineering or technical pre-sales.
- Hands-on experience with APIs, data structures, webhooks, and data modeling.
- Strong communication skills for explaining complex technical concepts to technical and non-technical audiences.
- Strong technical troubleshooting skills, including analyzing API responses, logs, and webhook payloads.
- Creative and strategic problem-solving ability.
- Experience with JavaScript, React, or other modern frontend frameworks is a significant advantage.
- Passion for and experience with low-code/no-code or AI-driven development tools.
