Responsibilities
- Set up and install technical systems, applications, and process designs for client technology and business-process solutions.
- Manage initial client access, map and transfer data, create process documentation, and train or coordinate training for users.
- Configure nCino and Salesforce features, automation, security, data integrity, user experience, and product extensions.
- Use the nCino data model, analytical outputs, integrations, troubleshooting, smoke testing, and quality-control processes to deliver solutions.
- Apply AI tools and techniques to automate routine work, improve decision-making, and enhance customer and team productivity.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree and at least 2 years of related experience or proficiency, an advanced degree without experience, or equivalent work experience.
- At least 2 years of Salesforce.com architecture experience.
- Salesforce App Builder and Salesforce Administrator certifications.
- Experience analyzing, defining, and implementing solution, information, technical, and application architecture solutions.
- Knowledge or experience with data encryption methods.
- Preferred experience with AutoRabit, Copado, SFX, Smartsheet, and Jira.
- Commitment to delivering high-quality solutions for banking customers.
