Base Salary
$48k - $74k/yr
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain customer relationships as the primary point of contact during technical implementation projects.
- Provide hands-on technical implementation support in collaboration with customer IT and internal development teams.
- Manage implementation project tasks, schedules, risks, issues, and customer communications.
- Provide application expertise and escalation support for external clients, including participation in an on-call rotation.
- Support SaaS implementations and laboratory/IT connectivity integrations for digital diagnostics customers and clinical trial managers.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience in client-facing SaaS implementation roles.
- Strong analytical skills and operating rigor.
- Demonstrated ability to handle difficult customers or situations and resolve issues.
- Strong understanding of business and products, with the ability to research and learn independently.
- Familiarity with HL7 interface implementation and hands-on experience with laboratory information systems such as Epic Beaker, Novopath, or Cerner Millennium is preferred.
- Fluent spoken and written English is required; Portuguese or French is preferred.
- Ability to travel less than 20%.
