Responsibilities
- Configure and support packaged or SaaS applications, including feature adaptation and application enhancements.
- Manage releases and application lifecycle processes while maintaining compatibility, performance, and system stability.
- Monitor application performance, troubleshoot issues, and contribute solutions to work-related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and implement application changes.
- Document configuration changes and maintain knowledge bases.
- Participate in team discussions, work independently as a subject matter expert, and guide junior team members.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience with Microsoft Azure DevOps.
- 15 years of full-time education.
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines in cloud environments.
- Familiarity with version control systems and automated testing frameworks.
- Understanding of application lifecycle management and release management processes.
- Ability to work with APIs and low-code platforms to customize and extend applications.
