Responsibilities
- Develop end-to-end RPA solutions primarily using Blue Prism.
- Operate, maintain, and support customer bots and production processes in a development and operations model.
- Gather requirements from customers and collaborate with business analysts.
- Design RPA and automation solutions.
- Perform testing and complete user acceptance testing with customers.
- Work with operations teams to deploy automations and provide production support.
- Create RPA documentation including PDD, SDD, and OID.
- Interact independently with customers and adapt between development and operations work as team needs require.
Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience primarily in end-to-end Blue Prism RPA development.
- Experience developing at least five medium-complexity RPA use cases.
- BS degree in Engineering or equivalent.
- Blue Prism certification.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, multitasking environment.
- Knowledge of MS Power Automate is preferred.
- Knowledge of Python, Robot Framework, other RPA tools, and PowerShell scripting is preferred.
