Responsibilities
- Implement fixes, enhancements, and technical improvements aligned with prioritized backlog items.
- Develop and implement full-stack feature-based solutions using Java, Spring, Angular, databases, and messaging technologies.
- Perform defect and production-issue triage, root cause analysis, corrective changes, testing, and controlled releases.
- Participate in backlog refinement, pod operating activities, technical calls, and cross-pod coordination.
- Maintain code reviews, documentation, operational readiness, and transparent tracking in work management tools.
- Contribute to transition and continuity activities as work moves between delivery pods.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience with Java 11 or above, Spring Boot, Spring MVC, RESTful APIs, Angular 9 or above, PL/SQL, and Python.
- At least 3 years of experience with messaging technologies such as MQ or Kafka.
- Experience with at least one of MS SQL, Oracle, MySQL, or Redis.
- Experience with Maven, Confluence, Jira, and GitHub.
- Good knowledge of Spring-related frameworks and the ability to work independently under minimal guidance.
- Subject matter expertise and the ability to share knowledge with less experienced colleagues.
- Strong communication, attention to detail, and organizational skills.
- Preferred qualifications include Azure cloud knowledge, AI capabilities such as Copilot, previous banking-domain experience, DevOps and CI/CD knowledge, and domain-driven or microservices design-pattern experience.
