Responsibilities
- Support and implement medium- and large-scale SAP ECC and SAP S/4HANA environments.
- Develop and maintain ABAP reports, forms, module pools, interfaces, BAPIs/RFCs, enhancements, BAdIs, and IDocs.
- Translate functional specifications into technical designs and create or review technical specifications.
- Deliver new business requests and change requests within defined quality, timeline, and budget requirements.
- Perform performance optimization, debugging, OSS Note application and validation, and S/4HANA code remediation.
- Plan, run, manage, and sustain operational support services according to agreed SLAs and customer satisfaction goals.
- Provide client-facing technical consulting and analytical support.
Requirements
- 8+ years of total experience and 5+ years of relevant experience.
- Experience supporting or implementing SAP ECC 5.0/6.0 and SAP ECC on HANA in medium- or large-scale environments.
- Working knowledge of SAP MM, SD, FICO, and HCM.
- Strong ABAP coding practices, naming conventions, and Data Dictionary knowledge.
- Experience with classical, interactive, and ALV reports; SAPscript, Smart Forms, and Adobe Forms.
- Experience with module pools, SAP BAPI/RFC, interface development, user exits, SAP enhancements, SAP BAdIs, IDoc configuration, and custom IDocs.
- Knowledge of SAP standards, best practices, OSS Note application and validation, and performance optimization.
- Strong client-facing consulting, analytical, debugging, and service-delivery skills.
- Working knowledge of ITSM and project processes or frameworks such as CMMI and ITIL.
- Experience with SAP S/4HANA migration or implementation projects and code remediation activities such as SPPD and SPAU is preferred.
- SAP S/4HANA certification is an advantage.
